The Black Forest Inn's seating capacity for a sit-down plate service meal is 200 people excluding the head table. We will provide the set up and staffing for your wedding day, including an appropriate number of staff to service all of your guests.
Our dining room layout is ideal for rectangular tables of six, eight or ten. Three round tables seating six are also available and are normally located at the front of the room and are usually reserved for families and close personal friends of the bride and groom.
The Black Forest Inn has partnered with numerous professional wedding service providers to enhance our wedding package. These extra wedding services are provided to you as part of your quoted price. All companies providing services for your wedding offer a complimentary consultation prior to your wedding day to discuss the details of your wedding and to customize the accessories to your own taste.
A confirmation of the number of guests attending must be given at least two weeks prior to your event. There is no hall charge for weddings of 135 persons or more. For functions of 100-134 persons, a hall fee of $500.00 will apply. For functions of 75-99 persons, a hall fee of $1,250.00 will apply. A temporary hold may be placed for up to two weeks before a deposit is made to confirm your booking. A non-refundable deposit of $1,500.00 is required once the room is booked.
Payment is due in full, minus the deposit, on the evening of the function.
