Your wedding reception will start off with a selection of Hors D'oeuvres, which will be served buffet style. You get your choice of salad, appetizer pasta, two entrees, two vegetables, potato and dessert. We then end the night with our evening table, which is also served buffet style.

The menu includes:

Salads

  • Baby Spinach Leaves - Tender baby spinach leaves with sliced mushroom, red onion, hard boiled egg in a creamy bacon vinaigrette.
  • Cucumber Ring - Mixed baby greens nestled inside a cucumber ring topped with jullienne vegetables, tomato wedges and a raspberry vinaigrette drizzle.
  • Grilled Vegetable Antipasto - A medley of grilled vegetables nestled in crisp boston lettuce finished with a drizzle of pesto balsamic vinaigrette and cherry tomatoes.

Appetizer - Penne noodles with your choice of one of the following sauces:

  • Pesto and fresh tomato
  • Creamy white wine and asiago
  • Tomato and basil
  • Baby portobello and roasted garlic chive

Entrees

  • Roast Prime Rib of Beef -Slow roasted prime rib cooked to medium and served with rosemary garlic jus and sauteed mushrooms
  • Chicken Supreme - A pan seared roasted supreme of chicken dressed with sundried tomato, goat cheese mousseline and finished with a shitake and oyster mushroom cream sauce.
  • Salmon Wellington - A salmon fillet enveloped in phyllo pastry with spinach and shrimp duxelle and lemon. Finished with a white wine and parsley veloute.
  • Stuffed Striploin Roast - AAA marinated striploin roast stuffed with wild mushrooms and shallots topped with a smoked chipotle demi-glaze.
  • Cornish Game Hen - Half roasted Cornish hen filled with a savoury bread stuffing topped with a sage and shallot cream sauce.
  • Cranberry Brie Chicken - Breaded chicken breast stuffed with brie and finished with sweetened vinegar soaked cranberries and shallots emulsified with a chicken demi glaze.
  • Stuffed Pork Tenderloin - Roasted pork tenderloin with an apple & shitake mushroom stuffing topped with a peppered marsala demi - glaze.
  • Vegetarian Strudel Delight - Portobello mushrooms, sweet bell peppers & zucchini with a roasted tomato salsa enveloped in phyllo pastry.

Vegetables - Your choice of 1-2 of the following:

  • Broccoli florets with roasted red peppers
  • Baby carrots with a maple glaze
  • Baked tomato florentine
  • Grilled asparagus
  • Baby bok choy
  • Grilled vegetable medley
  • Sauteed garlic and white wine mushrooms

Potatos - Your choice of 1 of the following:

  • Seasoned whipped potatoes
  • Oven roasted mini reds
  • Duchesse potatoes
  • Dauphinois potatoes

Desserts - Your choice of 1 of the following:

  • Wildberry Chiffon
  • White Chocolate Cheesecake

  • Wine (6oz glass) - Both Red & White wine are provided by Peelee Island Winery

  • Soft Drink and Juice - 8oz glass
  • Non-Alcholic Punch - Available for the entire event served in a beautiful punch fountain.
  • Coffee & Tea - Freashly brewed coffee or tea always available throughout the entire event.
