Cranberry Chicken
A tender breast of chicken dusted with herbs and bread crumbs wrapped around Camembert cheese and sweet
cranberries. Finished with a white wine cream sauce.
Salmon Filet with Fresh Asparagus
Fresh Atlantic Salmon steamed in parchment with julienne of vegetables, asparagus and citrus garlic butter. Served with rice.
