Baskets of fresh rolls and bowls of caesar salad.
Following the salad, your party will be presented with heaping platters of roast beef, wiener schnitzel, roast turkey, stuffing and herb-roasted chicken.
Bowls of steaming honey glazed carrots and steamed green beans are served with homemade mashed potatoes, rich gravy and of course, all the trimmings.
We uphold the Bavarian tradition of serving our guests plenty of food. All dishes are refilled as needed or requested.
For the finishing touch, a selection of Black Forest Cake, Triple Chocolate Truffle Cake or Caramel Pecan Flan are offered served along with a bottomless cup of freshly brewed Columbian coffee.
