The dinner shows start with your choice of soup or salad as an appetizer,  followed by your choice of entree and finish with a selection of decadent desserts.

Caesar salad - Crisp romaine tossed with croutons, bacon and parmesan in our own homemade creamy dressing

Chefs daily soup - Our homemade soup prepared fresh daily

Entrees

All entrees served with potato and fresh steamed vegetables

Roasted Prime Rib - A slow roasted cut of Prime Rib (prepared medium) served with sauteed mushrooms and beef jus and served with a side of horseradish

Panco Chicken Supreme - Oven baked boneless breast of panco breaded chicken, garnished with a smokey crab veloute cream sauce.

Pan Seared Salmon - Pan seared salmon, topped with a roasted tomato pepper coulis.

House Schnitzel - Our famous traditional schnitzel topped with our own zigeuner sauce. The zigeuner sauce is made with peppers, smoked paprika and onions in a beef and red wine reduction.
